SYB Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of any SYB EMF protection product and would not like a replacement, SYB provides a 30-Day return period, from the date of your order.

For details on returns for your non-SYB products, please scroll down.

Return Instructions

  1. If you received your order within the last 30 days, please contact us using the contact form on this page.
  2. Depending where you live, we will either:
    1. We will send you an RMA number, which you need to write in clear markings on your package; or
    2. We will send you two labels. One to be placed on your return package, including the return address, and one to place inside of the box (so warehouse staff can identify the return). Failure to insert the page in the return package may lead to a loss of the return package.
  3. Pack the product in its original box or a well-protected box, as outlined in the return shipping Instructions. SYB is not responsible for shipping damage or the loss of any product.
  4. All returns shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. The customer also assumes full liability for losses or damages resulting from shipping as well as all responsibility to pursue remuneration for such issues with their selected carrier. You may wish to add tracking to your shipment.
  5. We must receive your return within 45 days from the date of your order. Once we receive your shipment we will evaluate its condition and process your return. Returns may take up to 5 business days to process and you will receive a confirmation of your refund.
  6. The return address you will receive from us will depend on the country where your order was shipped, per the table below.

Note on Canopies

Unopened Canopies may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Unfortunately, due to hygiene and health risks, opened/unsealed/installed bed canopies are not returnable. 

Returns for Non-SYB Products

Bagby

  • You have the right to return or exchange the products within 30 days from the date that you (or a third-party other than the carrier) physically receive the products. We will refund or exchange any products that are returned in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. All returns shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. 

  • Refunds for returned orders will be issued to the original form of payment. For exchanged orders, any price difference from the original order will either be credited to or debited from the original payment method used to place the order. 

  • Once we receive and review the correct condition of the product, we’ll make the whole refund minus any deduction. 

  • If the item you received is damaged (for example due to the shipping) or doesn’t work properly, you can ask for a refund and we will take care of everything.

  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Alarm clocks shipped back without a shipping box for extra protection won’t be refunded. 

  • In case you want to change the model or color, we can do it. Please contact us for further instructions. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

  • Orders returned without contacting us first or sent to the wrong address are ineligible for refunds. 

  • Customers who cancel 2 or more orders are not eligible for return or refund.
     
  • Items returned with a delay of more than 30 days since last conversation with our customer service won’t be accepted. 

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by shipping carriers won’t be refundable or eligible for a replacement. 

  • For non Non-USA orders you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost (along with eventual duties/VAT costs, related to the importation of the goods to USA) will be deducted. 

Bebcare Baby

Bebcare’s product return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Bebcare is unable offer you a refund or exchange. A mandatory restocking fee of 25% is deducted to the refund amount for any product returned. The restocking fee applies to product return and product exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure the product is well packaged to avoid shipping damages. Bebcare is not responsible for damages to the product during shipping.

EMFSafe

EMFSafe products returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase will be refunded with a $50 restocking fee in addition to extra expenses incurred.

Once a switch has been installed it cannot accepted back due to UL licensing restrictions.

GroundLuxe

IMPORTANT: Many people report that it takes time to experience the effects of grounding. Some report that it is immediately beneficial, but others do not. For this reason GroundLuxe recommends UP TO one month of regular usage before you assess whether or not it works for YOU.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your GroundLuxe products, GroundLuxe offers a full refund less shipping within 30 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT: To qualify for a refund, the returned product must contain all parts, especially the grounding cord because GroundLuxe tests these units when they are returned.

JRS

Juunaday Maternity Wear

All items with original tags still attached that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund to the original method of payment within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that tags must still be attached to be eligible for a return and Juunaday reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. We ask that you take care when trying on our products. Items with make-up, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted. If Juunaday does not accept a return, it will be sent back to the customer.

Mudita

Any Mudita product that has not been opened may be returned to SYB for a full refund within 30 days.

If the item is defective, Mudita shall provide customer with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. If the product is inspected and found to be defective, the customer shall receive a full refund; if the product is inspected and no defect is found, the customer shall receive a full refund, less the cost of the return shipping label.

Ocushield

Contact Ocushield within 100 days of your order for a full refund.

PoM Shield

PoM Shield will refund or exchange any product that you are not completely happy with within 30 days of receipt of the products by you.

If you decide to return the product that has not been opened we will refund you the full amount you paid to purchase it. Kindly note that we cannot refund neither the Shipping and Handling costs incurred to deliver the product to you, nor the ones in order for you to return it back to us.

If it has been damaged due to actions of the customer, Zogeria is entitled to withhold the corresponding amount from the refunded sum.

The same is applied in the event the value of the product diminishes, if the impairment is due to any handling of the product other than the usual examination necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product. The usual examination and management of the product in order to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product means the examination of the relevant goods, as it may have taken place in the manner usual in a physical store.

Prasanna

Prasanna products returned in good condition, with original packaging, within 60 days of purchase will be refunded.

Safe Living Technology

SafeSleeve

SafeSleeve offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for products. If you are not 100% happy with your SafeSleeve within 30 days of placing your order, SafeSleeve will provide a full refund or exchange (minus original shipping charges, if applicable).

Satic

All Satic products have a 30-day return window for a full refund.

SLNT

SLNT accepts returns up to 30 days of the original delivery date. A return label will be provided for your convenience; however, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once the return label has been provided it must be sent within 7 days.

Products MUST be in unused and in original condition. This includes original SLNT® labels, undamaged packaging, and all marketing materials.

If the original packaging or marketing contents need to be replaced, your refund amount may be reduced by a restocking fee up to 10%.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your refund has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition.

Customers will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs paid.

TRU47

All purchases are welcome to be returned or exchanged within 60 calendar days from the date of shipment, free of charge!
